Chipoo Picture
Look at this adorable Chipoo!! Chipoos are designer dogs; half Poodle, half Chihuahua. They do not shed much, are very loving and become attached to their family easily. Being dogs who love to learn, they are easy to train and love being praised.

Julia and Lilly
Here are my good girls! Such beautiful doggies. :)
So... Julia did not go into heat last month. :( I am hopping she will this month. I will keep my puppy blog up dated, as well as our web site.

November 2010
My how time passes swiftly past us! Before we know it it will be 2011!
"Contentment holds eternal keys to days of peace that never pass." Bryan Davis
Julia did not go into heat this month. It required all my desire of remaining content and patient to do so! I am very thankful for my Dear Best Friend (Mommy) and friends; they put up with alot from me! :p Above all, I am thankful to know there is a Creator who holds my whole world in His hands! Julia will go into heat in His timing! I want that above all, in this breeding experience. The only way it will all go smoothly is if it is in His timing! And even then things will go wrong. Will He still be there if that happened? Will I still be in His hands if something bad happened? I think the proper question is, 'Will I still trust Him?'
Of course He will remain with me all the days of my life. I simply (or not so simply sometimes, at least it feels thus) need to trust in Him!
Yahweh loves all of His Creation!! What a Blessed creation we are indeed!

Prayer Request
I think Julia is just beginning to go into heat! I have been waiting and praying for this for a while now! :) I am so excited and keep having to tell myself to be patient and back off. If I dont, I will worry myself sick; will Shakespeare be able to get her? Is he too young? Will she allow him? And on and on!! So! I need to chill because no matter how much I worry its not going to change a thing and worry is not of our Creator! :)
If all goes as planned, Julia will be bred this month (November) and have the puppies in January, they should be ready to go to their new homes in March! Lilly should go into heat in January or February, have the puppies in April or May. Julia will go into heat in May, but I am not going to breed her cuz we wont be home for the puppies and I dont want to miss then nor have them be un-socialized, un-vaccinateced, un-dewormed, ect. ect! Jilly should go into heat again in July or August, have the puppies in Sept. or October, be ready to sell in November or December (maybe in time for X-mas!!). And then we'll start all over again with Julia going into heat in November!
What I am really praying about it for Lilly to go into heat in August instead of July next year (and always). My reason is... I might miss the birth if she has them in September. So I am praying she goes into heat and is bred in August and delivers them in October, when we are home! May His will be done! And may He place in me contentment and full trust if my way isn't 'His way'!!
I would be blessed greatly if ya'll would pray about all of this with me! Thank you!!

Wikipedia Info
Shakespeare has this "whole" on the top of his head, I thought it was his soft spot and was worried why it hadn't gone away yet. LeAnne, a good friend of mine, told me some Chihuahuas keep their "soft spots" their whole life; I was interested in learning more so googled it. Here is a link to what I found... www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Molera
I really find 'Wikipedia The Free Encyclopedia' very interesting. Here is a link to it's information on Chihuahuas... www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chihuahua_(dog) This link won't take you directly to the page, I can't seem to get that last ")" to be included in the link.
Chihuahuas have a reputation as a "yappy" dog, however I have been very blessed with Chis who are not yappy. My puppies ( www.adorablechihuahuas.blogspot.com ) aren't as yappy as most. Praise the Creator! :)
